O autor apresenta a técnica para tratamento das fraturas do fêmur proximal com Gamma Locking Nai (Gamma nail). São descritos, passo a passo, os procedimentos necessários para a introdução a foco fechado da haste, fixações do parafuso deslizante no quadril, dos parafusos distais de bloqueio e os cuidados pós-operatórios.
