Os autores descrevem os tempos cirúrgicos da reconstrução do ligamento cruzado anterior por via artroscópica, usando como enxerto os tendões flexores mediais e tendo, como forma de fixação o Sistema TransFix ® . Os princípios, descrição e recomendações sobre esta técnica podem também ser considerados para outras técnicas de fixação similar.
