Os autores descrevem e apresentam a técnica cirúrgica de reconstrução do ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) com tendão patelar, utilizando o enxerto ósseo do túnel tibial (retirado com auxílio de trefina) na área doadora da patela, minimizando assim a morbidade local.
