Tratamento com enxerto osteocondral fibular retrógrado

Vários métodos têm sido usados no tratamento de defeitos osteocondrais em diferences articulações do corpo humano, encretanco as lesões do planalto tibial são de difícil solução em virtude das dificuldades téc nicas da anatomia local. O objetivo deste trabalho é propor uma nova técnica para tratamento destes defeitos ao nível do planalto tibial realizando-se transplance autólogo de enxerto osteocondral de colocação rerrógrada utilizando-se como área doadora à articulação ríbiofibular proximal.
