As fraturas da extremidade distal do rádio são as mais freqüentes lesões ósseas do membro superior. O princípio fundamental do tratamento é restaurar a anatomia local, visando a recuperação dos movimentos, sem dor, do punho e dedos. Este artigo demonstra a técnica de fixação percutânea intra-medular dessas fraturas, cujos principais benefícios são a simplicidade, baixo custo e rápido retorno à função
