Tratamento cirúrgico da luxação do quadril na paralisia cerebral
Resumo
Os autores descrevem uma técnica cirúrgica para o tratamento da luxação do quadril em pacientes portadores de Paralisia Cerebral, não deambuladores, com grave contratura em flexo-adução, que apresentam dor e dificuldade de higiene do períneo.
