Transferência do músculo subescapular no tratamento da luxação posterior do ombro
Keywords:
Posterior dislocation, Shoulder/surgeryAbstract
The posterior shoulders dislocations are often missed at the first appointment because of its low incidence and poor quality of the radiographies. The treatment depends on the time of evolution and the degree of lesion of the humerus articular surface. The authors describe the technique of transfering the subscapularis muscle for the posterior shoulder dislocation treatment.
