The autogenous bane grafts have been clone for many years reaching variable degree of success. The recente advances in the knowledge of bane physiology and surgical principles have enabled the success reconstruction of greater number of maxillofacial bony defects. This work intend to present this surgical technique, indication and contra-indications of the Ilíac bane graft in atrophic maxilla anterior region for posterior placement of the dental implants.
