Lesser toes deformities are one of the most frequent complaints, but we must consider the great variety within this clinical entity. For each specific type of deformity, there may be a combination of bone and soft tissue procedures, chosen “a la carte” by the surgeon, according to their preferences and knowledge. In this article we present a possibility of hybrid treatment, comprising the conventional open surgical technique associated to the minimally invasive technique.
