Ankle, Arthroscopy, ImpingementAbstract
This study demonstrates the utility of the arthroscopy for the foot and ankle disorders, specifically in the anterior impingement. Previous two portals to the ankle were used: anteromedial and anterolateral. The anterior impingement was identified due to soft tissue adhesion in the lateral groove region, and arthroscopic debridement was performed with good results considering pain and range of motion.
