This article is based in previous anatomic study and in experimental establishment of fibular nerve endosco pyc portais that allow the release whit a minor rate of lesion. The instrumental used in the fibular tunnel release was the sarne used in carpal biportal technique. This minimal invasive technique is based on fixed anatomic references. The clinicai preliminary results of this new technique were the sarne found at the open incision release. The authors strongly recommend a previous endoscopic experience and a lab specific practice.
