Abstract

Forearm reconstruction in a eleven-year old child with multiple osteochondromas is described based on osteochondromas resections, ulnar lengthening, interosseous membrane reconstruction with brachioradial tendon and radial head reduction. These interventions allowed improvement of range of motion and functional, with repositioning of bony and joint forearm structures.
