The authors show a femur osteosarcoma parosteal treatment, through the excérese and substitution by a total non-conventional knee endoprosthesis with rotative component. lndications: bone and tissue tumors with no limit conditions or when it is not possible to preserve vessels or nerves with an adequate limit, tech nical inexperience and patients with no clinica! conditions to support the procedure.
