The authors presem the knee arthrodesis after infected knee arthroplasty using the hybrid externa! nail technique. The advantages are: progressive adjustment to simultaneous the bone fusion, no risk of intrame dullary dissemination of the infection, reprodutable in the middle complexity hospitals and easy removal of the hardware.
