Objective: This paper's goal is describing percutaneous fixation technique for posterior pelvic fractures with canullated screws. Method: The patient is placed over a radiolucent table, in supine position, and the fixation is controlled by an image intensifier. lndications and contra-indications: This technique can be used for posterior lesions in general, mainly when previously reduced before by an anterior fixation, indirect maneuvers or even open reduction. Contra-indicarions are sacra! dismorfism, obese patients, children and severe sacra! comminution.
