n repairing peripheral nerve injuries the sural nerve is frequendy used a graft. This pa per describes the technique of endoscopic sural nerve graft harvesting with the "Vasoview System®". Endoscopic harvesting of the sural nerve for graftting appears to be a safe proce dure. It does not stretch the nerve, preserving its anatomical integrity without the cosmetic disadvantages of other techniques.
