O flexo do joelho é uma das deformidades mais comuns entre os pacientes com paralisia cerebral, uma condição neurológica que afeta o controle muscular e a coordenação motora. O tratamento tem como objetivo proporcionar um melhor alinhamento do membro, aliviando a tensão muscular e melhorando a capacidade de andar ou se mover do paciente. Neste estudo, descrevemos a abordagem cirúrgica para o tratamento em um caso complexo de recidiva.
