Congenital pseudarthrosis of the clavicle is a rare condition that usually remains asymptomatic but can lead to significant cosmetic deformity as the child grows. The case presented describes a 7-year-old patient with right-sided pseudarthroses who had been followed since the first months of life, without major functional limitations, but with complaints of asymmetry and progressive deformity, which motivated the surgical indication. The procedure included resection of the fibrocartilaginous tissue, preparation of the bone ends, a tricortical iliac crest graft, and fixation with a clavicle-specific locking plate This case reinforces the effectiveness of plate fixation combined with autologous grafting, consistent with current evidence supporting higher consolidation rates and durable outcomes.
