Bone methastasis is the most common lesion of bone. The lesions located in proximal third of fêmur, with or without fracture are frequent in our day by day , specially with the improvement of life quality of patients with cancer. The author describe the tecnique of the surgical treatment of these lesions with non conventional endoprosthesis, that improved quality and survival of them.
