Several modalities of surgery treatments for osteoid osteoma are described in medical literature, depending on the surgeon expertise, the size of the damage and the resources of the Institution.The authors describe the block resection of osteoid osteoma of tibia with support of fluoroscopia and the necessary steps to surgical procedure, avoiding as much as possible the complication inherent to the surgery.
