Keywords:
Humeral fractures, Operative, IntramedullaryAbstract
Although nonoperative treatment is indicated and successful for the majority of diaphyseal humeral fractures, operative intervention is indicated in several situations. In these cases we can use: intramedullary nail, interlocking nail or compression plate. The surgical treatment with intramedullary Ender nail is a good choice for its simplicity and efficacy.
