Severe slipped capital femoral epiphysis is a challenge to threatment. Femoral neck osteotomy perform anatomical realignment and gives the best chance of good recovery of the function. Unfortunatelly, this procedure gives high incidence of complications. The authors present a new technic to perform intertrochanteric osteotomy for severe slipped capital epiphysis.
