Reparo de tendões flexores na mão
abordagem pela técnica de mini-acesso
Resumo
A técnica mini-invasiva de reparo das lesões dos tendões flexores da mão tem grande facilidade de manejo, principalmente nas áreas de zona II, e possui como principal vantagem a mínima manipulação e conseqüente pequena lesão tecidual. O presente trabalho descreve a técnica, além de relatar suas indicações, contra indicações e facilidade na utilização do método.
