Os autores descrevem a técnica de transferência parcial do músculo peitoral maior para lesões crônica do tendão do músculo subescapular. Apresentam suas indicações e contra indicações, avaliação pré-operatória, os tempos cirúrgicos , a condução pós-operatória e possíveis complicações do procedimento.
