Tratamento de fratura atípica do terço distal da clavícula no adulto

A fratura de clavícula no adulto majoritariamente apresenta-se com traço completo das corticais. Crianças possuem uma particularidade pela possibilidade de fraturar apenas a cortical inferior, com ou sem ligamentos íntegros, fixos ao periósteo. Este relato de caso apresenta um paciente de 42 anos com uma fratura atípica para a idade deste, normalmente apresentada por infanto-juvenis. Destacamos o tratamento cirúrgico optado, com a descrição da técnica operatória.
