The autors describe a maner of surgery treatment in a rare case of traumatic knee dislocation without neurologic or vascular lesion, with entire posterior cruciate ligament, lesion of the body of the anterior cruciate ligament , region hinder-medial and medial collateral ligament lesions. The authors discuss clinical avaliation, complementary exams and the surgery tecnic made. Review the literature about the initials care and the ways of treatment, as well as theirs indications and complications.
