Tratamento das lesões em martelo ósseo pela técnica do bloqueio da extensão com fio de Kirschner
Resumo
O tratamento das fraturas em martelo dos dedos permanece controverso. As indicações para cirurgia incluem a presença de grandes fragmentos, geralmente maiores do que 30% da superfície articular, ou a associação com sub-luxação da falange distal. Existem muitas técnicas cirúrgicas diferentes para o tratamento dessa lesão. Neste artigo, descrevemos a técnica do bloqueio da extensão com fio de Kirschner, proposta por Ishiguro em 1988, modificada por Tetik e Gudemez em 2002.
